I am writing to enquire where in Dunedin I many purchase a lovely conditioning shampoo I was given while in hospital recently? It is a sachet (De Cheri Conditioning Shampoo) and I still have the empty sachet. I would be very grateful to know of somewhere locally, or maybe from your Auckland shop if I may send a cheque. I’m sorry I haven’t got a computer so I know nothing about computers to communicate with you as I am in my seventies now.

Recently my husband and myself stayed at the Duxton Hotel in Auckland and very much enjoyed our stay and your facilities. One of the things we appreciated was the quality of linen and toiletries provided. I have an unusual request - are you able to advise the supplier of your shampoo? We would like to purchase some for our own personal use but have not found it in any of our local stores. Can you offer any information on this? 

We recently stayed at Alpine Lodge in Kaikoura and thoroughly enjoyed the complementary drinking chocolate, we would like to be able to buy more. Is it available from a retailer and if so who and where. We live in Christchurch. Regards

I recently stayed at a B&B in VA. and was there exposed to the Natural Earth products. They are wonderful! I have saved the soap and mosturizer to use sparingly at home to make them last! I would like to inquire about purchasing certain products for my personal use. I know that your mainstay is on a much larger scale. Thank you in advance for your response.

I stayed in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Auckland and loved your Natural Earth products. I walked all over Auckland looking for the Natural Earth brand to bring back to Australia with me and was disappointed I couldn't find it. So I kindly asked if I could take a few extra samples with me when I checked out as other manuka honey "brands" in the shops just didn't come close! I'm interested in the 265ml moisturiser, luxury travel kit (love the samples) and the liquid hand wash. Recently whilst staying at a hotel in Invercargill (Ascot Park) I had occasion to use your De Cheri Classic Conditioning Shampoo and found it most satisfactory. I have been trying to find a combination of shampoo/conditioner at various pharmacies/supermarkets for some time with no luck. As I found your product suited my hair (white) can you please let me know where I can purchase it preferably in more than a 30ml quantity ? Maybe you only sell wholesale to hotels and the like ? My sister recently spent her honeymoon in NZ and stayed in some heritage hotels where she discovered the manuka spa range. She brought me some back to England and I love it. I am especially impressed with the green tea and manuka extract hydrating body balm. You mention on your website that you sell the 265ml bottles of all your products and I was just wondering how much these are and whether it is possible to buy some and have it sent to England.
